Mercy Jebet Seii is a registered medical doctor in Kenya with 12 years of experience and a graduate from St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) . She has a rich background in HIV and TB programming with CDC and USAID funded programs and more recently working with refugees to provide basic primary health services. Dr. Seii has extensive experience strategic planning, quality improvement and implementation of large scale programs in rural Kenya. She has served as a team leader at various levels of management over this period. Dr. Seii is currently undertaking an Executive Masters at McGill University, Canada in Health Leadership.Grenada and Pretoria University, South Africa.
